Do not directly jump as an affiliate as I mentioned earlier affiliate marketing is not easy at all. It requires a lot of research on the topic: how it works. It’s very important to know how it works. Without this minimum knowledge you cannot earn a penny yourself.

8. Your almost done. Now you can pour in all your efforts and experience to become an affiliate. Finally create your own website and blog and start as an affiliate. To become an affiliate is the wisest way of earning money online.

A flat belly is everyone’s dream whether it is a woman or a man. Some of us break our bones with exercise for a flat tummy and some of them foolishly run behind shortcut pills and drinks. The rest give up their valuable time and run behind fitness centres just to lose a couple of pounds and still remain unsatisfied. But do you know there are still many ways which are far easier than the above one’s. Yes, you heard it right. Let me list a few out of them.

1. Have small meals several times a day rather than a full heavy meal that leaves you feel drowsy and exhausted. Did you know small meals several times a day cut downs your lethargy and makes you energetic. Also u can intake more calories in several meals which will not result in excess fat.

2. Increased water content. Drink plenty of water and juices throughout the day. This makes you less hunger and your skin becomes healthy and glowing than ever before. Also increased fluid intake increases digestion.

3. You don’t need to avoid your favourite buggers, pizzas and other non vegetarian food. Everything can be gulped as usual but in smaller amounts and in limit (up to certain calories/day depending upon your excess weight). So enjoy your meals to the fullest as well as maintain a healthy diet.

4. Avoid going to bed as soon as you finish  your dinner. Also avoid afternoon naps soon after your meals. This may interrupt the process of digestion and help accumulate fat. Also makes you lazy.

5. Spare 10 to 15 mins of your valuable time per day for some belly exercises.  There are many simple belly exercises which does not require much effort and time. Just a few minutes per day could bring a drastic change so don’t ignore this one.

6. A 10 mins walk or a brisk walk of 15 mins early in the morning leaves you fresh and pushes out carbon-di-oxide from your lungs which also turns into an abdomen or tummy exercise.  Also controls your cholesterol levels. Yoga is also a very good  option.

7. Have light meals during nights as digestion process slow downs at night so taking heavy meals at dinner may increase your chances of growing fat.

8. Develop healthy eating habits.  Like make a habit of eating foods which help you lose weight like garlic, walnut etc.. These food are healthy at the same time helps you loose weight. Isn’t this a good idea.

9. Avoid junk food or street food. A very important tip to look at. The more junk food you intake the more fat you accumulate. Opt for homemade food which is healthy and safe.

10. And now, last but not the least. Do not lose your self-confidence. Only with this one all the above is possible so stay calm and go on. Do not fall a prey to a couple of foolish comments and loose your confidence. Always smile and dine in your own style.
